無樁共享單車「obike」打著免找車站隨停隨還的方便優勢，席捲全台，但卻廠商的發想卻演變成「任意棄置」，衝擊各地停車秩序。台北市議員王鴻薇10日接獲民眾陳情，有多輛oBike停放在塔悠路上機車格，導致市民的機車無處可去；而交通局回應卻表示「腳踏車除停放於腳踏車區外，也可以停放於機車格內，並無違法」，痛批市府消極處理，民眾抱怨連連。

王鴻薇表示，新北市交通局近日已宣佈oBike在新北市各區的機車停車位與各捷運站、火車站等大眾運輸場站周邊禁停，違規車輛會進行拖吊。但此違停亂象於本市卻無法可管，要等到年底才研擬出「共享單車自治條例」來管理，「難道要讓民眾度過這為期半年的停車黑暗期嗎？」

王鴻薇痛批柯文哲，針對oBike違停問題曾說出「已經火燒屁股」等語，顯見違停問題已迫在眉睫，「共享單車自治條例」將緩不濟急，要求柯市府應效法新北市，迅速公布oBike之禁停區，並強力執法，將隨意停放的oBike拖吊，把停車空間還給市民。

對此，交通局長張哲揚表示，依照法律規定，自行車是可以停放在機車格位，對於佔據機車格引發機車騎士不滿的，他指出，交通局目前是禁止obike整排停放，「換句話說，如果機車格位塞不下的話，他也不會去放，如果有空間的話我們大概允許他點放的方式，不允許整排都放影響到機車族權益。」
